An expert in end-to-end supply chain optimization, Kai has spent more than 25 years driving successful supply chain transformations for customers in life sciences, consumer goods, automotive, industrial manufacturing and more.

Since 2024, he has also served as chair of the executive board of the German supply chain and logistics association (BVL).

Philippa Hawkes leads the End-to-End Supply Transformation Office for Mars Pet Nutrition Europe, helping shape how the business delivers for pets and pet parents across more than 40 markets.

With over 25 years at Mars, she has held senior supply chain leadership roles across Mars Snacking and Pet Nutrition, including as UK Chocolate Plant & Site Director and Regional Supply Chain Director for Europe & Eurasia.

Philippa is passionate about building high-performing teams and leading complex transformation. Today, she is focused on strengthening Mars’ end-to-end supply capabilities in Europe to deliver high-quality nutrition at scale and support a better world for pets.
